Installation

Screen Subtitling Systems has a highly experienced team of system installation engineers ready to install our subtitling equipment worldwide.

All of our transmission systems are pre-configured and tested in-house to ensure they match the on-site requirements before shipment to the customer.

Pre-installation configuration reports are also supplied with the equipment so that the customer can see that the equipment has been configured according to specific requirements.

For the customer's convenience we try to minimise the amount of time needed for on-site installation. The following can help to reduce this:

· Comprehensive configuration information being made available by the customer during in-house testing and pre-configuration.

· Ensuring equipment is cleared through shipping processes and delivered on-site prior to the installation engineer's visit.

· Putting in place on-site supporting video, data and automation systems and connections, ideally before or at least during the engineer's visit.

In addition, post-installation configuration and support can be carried out via ISDN and/or VPN connection if these are pre-configured by the customer.
